VINIFICATION:in steel tanks with controlled temperature ranging from 25°C to 28°C MATURATION AND AGING:in steel tanks for at least 2 months and then in bottle for at least 1 month SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS: The color is a dark ruby-red with crimson shades. The aroma is fresh and intense with clean scents of wild berries, red fruits jam, vanilla and hazelnuts spices. Clear but perfectly blended the wooden note. The flavor is warm and robust, pleasant, good body and harmonic. FOOD MATCHES: This Barbera’s sensory attributes make it an outstanding accompaniment for imposing first courses and main-course, meats boiled or roasted. SERVING TEMPERATURE:16-18°C.
