Characteristic bouquet of violets, raspberries and dog roses. A flavor that is superbly balanced and elegant with tones similar to those registered on the nose. FOOD MATCHES: Thanks to its good structure, this wine makes a fine accompaniment for typical Piedmontese dishes, good structured first courses, roasted or stewed meats and cheeses that are not too piquant.
