VINIFICATION:in steel tanks with controlled temperature ranging from 25°C to 28°C MATURATION AND AGING:in steel tanks for at least 2 months and then in bottle for at least 1 month SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS: Ruby red, with a delicately vinous nose, packed with flowery and fruity sensations. Its dry taste is highlighted by a slight almond note, typical of this varietal’s character. FOOD MATCHES: Excellent with first courses of a meal, especially with the traditional dishes of the Langhe.
