VINIFICATION:in steel tanks with controlled temperature ranging from 16°C to 18°C MATURATION AND AGING:in steel tanks for at least 2 months and then in bottle for at least 3 month SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS: Intense pink color with highlights ranging from coral to salmon. From the floral scent with persistent fruity notes. On the palate, delicate but strong, with a good fullness and persistence. FOOD MATCHES: Excellent as an aperitif, combined with excellent cold cuts, cheeses and soups. SERVING TEMPERATURE:10-12°C, also 16-18 °C. BY DRINKING:max 3 years
